Hi, my name is INFP!
Hey y'all, this is completely random, but I'm curious. The Meyers Briggs test is the most widely taken personality/career/marriage compatibility test in the world. I've taken it several times, and it is very helpful. I'd be curious, what is your personality type? Want to play? Follow this link, and click on the "Short Test", under the heading "Jung Tests I-E S-N F-T J-P".
Enjoy! And don't forget to post your findings, if you so wish!

I swear... I am ALWAYS the same outcome, even when I think this time I've mixed it up a bit and might be something new. Just goes to show we are usually pretty constant in our personalities.
I'm ESTJ - "Administrator". Much in touch with the external environment. Very responsible. Pillar of strength. 8.7% of total population
Extroverted (E) 76.67% Sensing (S) 66.67% Thinking (T) 69.7% Judging (J) 60.61%
Eucharisto we are exact opposites on all sides. Crazy. We have absolutely nothing in common. But don't worry I still think your pretty cool.
Extroverted (E) 73.53% Introverted (I) 26.47%
Sensing (S) 58.82% Intuitive (N) 41.18%
Feeling (F) 53.85% Thinking (T) 46.15%
Perceiving (P) 64.71% Judging (J) 35.29%
I don't know what to think about it. Is that really me? OK, now what? That was fun. I'll have Gary take it to see if we are compatible. I mean after 25 Years of marriage, we'd better be! Hee Hee.
Oh, and this thing brings back memories.........
ISTJ, yep that's me. Here are the full stats:
Introverted (I) 64.29% Extroverted (E) 35.71%
Sensing (S) 60.98% Intuitive (N) 39.02%
Thinking (T) 55.56% Feeling (F) 44.44%
Judging (J) 59.46% Perceiving (P) 40.54%
ISTJ - "Trustee". Decisiveness in practical affairs. Guardian of time- honored institutions. Dependable. 11.6% of total population.
And here are my "favorite" carreers:
data analyst, scientist, researcher, engineer, financial planner, statistician, office worker, government employee, lab technician, nuclear engineer, office manager, biomedical engineer, account manager, ceo, investment banker, analyst, academic, systems analyst, pharmacy technician, network admin, genetics researcher, research assistant, strategist.
Well, rest easy, Katie. I only come out as an INFP half the time. Look at my results from my test:
I'm an ENFP - "Journalist". Uncanny sense of the motivations of others. Life is an exciting drama. 8.1% of total population.
Extroverted (E) 50% Introverted (I) 50%
Intuitive (N) 62.96% Sensing (S) 37.04%
Feeling (F) 60% Thinking (T) 40%
Perceiving (P) 61.11% Judging (J) 38.89%
(Take note, I scored equally on I/E scale. Means I go back and forth!)
To queen mum: Yeah, really all this test is (especially this unofficial one online) is an indicator. The administration booklet for the official test says that if you think you are a different type than you scored, that you know yourself better than a test, and you are probably right.
But it does bring back memories!
To Why:
Oh yes. I can see it! But are they really your "favorite" careers?
hehe...
even i am an INFP, although I didn't take the test from the link, but we had this exercise in college a few weeks ago...
Geeze, maybe we're taking over the world. I'm an INFP too!
You have been TAGGED!
Muahahaha!
I did it twice, once I was an ENFP and the next time I was an ESFP, which fits me better. Oh Eucharisto you are not an ENFP, I believe the part about you being half E, and half I.
Interesting. Some days I come out as ESTJ and others I come out as INTJ. I think it's because I like people and care about them but I also value logic, arts, abstract thinking, and beauty. The INTJ is more accurate, overall.
ok, look for the word in my post where it says follow THIS link. The word "this" is a link. Click on it, and follow the rest of the instructions.
Well, this seems to be the place to be an INFP. If this is a personality of only 1%, aren't we a statistic anomaly? Yes, I too am an INFP:
Introverted: 65.71%
Intuitive: 89.66%
Feeling: 89.66%
Perceiving: 72.73%
This is really interesting.
I've taken the full-blown assessment (for a former job), and I admit it -- I'm an INFP!
