Myspace Surveys Are Like Big Brother
They're always present somewhere. You can't escape them. And now I've succumbed to a similar survey myself. But really, when you get tagged, there's not much you can do anyway, right?
Ok, let's cut the small talk. Here's the good stuff:
Four Jobs I've had in my life:
1. Bookstore Assistant (current job)
2. Conference Booktable Manager
3. Chili's server (for two days; I just ain't cut out for it)
4. Admin Assistant
Four movies I would watch over and over:
1. The Village
2. The New World
3. Lord of the Rings
4. Finding Neverland
Four places I have lived (In Chronological Order):
1. Vienna, Austria
2. Los Angeles, California
3. Lebanon, Tennessee
4. Seattle, Washington (my new home!)
Four TV shows I love to watch
1. Monk
2. 24
3. Smallville
4. The Office
Four places I have been on vacation
1. Prince Edward Island, Canada
2. Breckenridge, Colorado
3. Cape Cod, Massachusetts
4. Vienna, Austria
Four of my favorite foods
1. Home-Grilled Steaks
2. Fish and Chips
3. Spagetti Pie (Mom's cooking!)
4. Blue Bacon Cheeseburger
Four places I would rather be right now (Because at the moment I'm in the middle of nowhere in Wyoming, and anywhere is better than that):
1. Seattle (Because that's where I'm heading)
2. Monument, Colorado (there's no place like home!)
3. Laguna Beach, California
4. Vienna, Austria
Four things I always carry with me
1. My heritage
2. My hair
3. My imagination
4. My Memory
Four friends that I think will respond (but I won't be surprised or offended if you don't):
1. Sumedh
2. Ruth
3. Conan LeBlanc
4. Why
Tag you're it! You are tagged. So here it goes... Copy and paste. . Delete my
answers, replace with your own and send it back to me and on to other friends!
It's not really over though, because I decided to use some of my good friend Foolish Knight's questions! Here you go:
Four albums I could listen to until those darn cows come home:
1. Over The Rhine: Ohio
2. U2, The Joshua Tree (very possibly my numbre uno Desert Island album. Maybe.)
3. Rich Mullins: A Liturgy, A Legacy, And A Ragamuffin Band
4. Sufjan Stevens, Come On! Feel the Illinoise!
Four writers that have changed my life (or at least caused me to jump up and say AMEN quite loudly)
1. C. S. Lewis (to reiterate what Foolish Knight said: Duh.)
2. Mr. G. K. Chesterton (sorry, Foolish Knight, to steal your top two, but they're just the obvious choice.)
3. Alan Paton (Brings startling clarity to the world around me)
4.Dostdoyevsky (and I'm still not totally finished with any of his books; but I love them all the same)
5. Phillip Yancy (hey, you didn't really expect me to keep it at four, did you?)
Four dead people who are also my heroes
1. Daniel (amazing prophet. Can't deny his profundity; besides, Foolish Knight already stole Jeremiah.)
2. Rich Mullins (I love his spirit; you can catch it all throughout his music)
3. St. Patrick (anyone who can defeat paganism in Ireland, and replace it with Christianity, within a couple decades, has my high esteem and respect)
4. John the Apostle (his love and devotion for Christ, as a deep friend is amazing. I want to see Christ through the same lense he did)
Four things I'd grab from a fire
1. My Bible (so many memories)
2. My MacBook, as yet unnamed
3. My full-scale Knight's Templar broadsword
4. Some of my writing (I couldn't ever get all of it; too much to grab in one handful)
Aha! But it's STILL not over! I get to add some of my own questions!
Four books I've read twice, or more:
1. The Man Who Was Thursday, G.K. Chesterton
2. A Wrinkle In Time, Madeleine L'Engle
3. The Great Divorce, C.S. Lewis
4. A Series of Unfortunate Events: Book the 1st
Four Musicians I'd like to see Live:
1. U2
2. Sigur Ros
3. Over The Rhine
4. Ben Folds
Four Favorite Video/computer Games (Ok, so I'm a little bit of a geek; who cares, right?)
1. Age Of Empires II: The Age of Kings
2. Kingdom Hearts II
3. Grand Turismo
4. Jak 3
Ok, that's all for now folks. Tune in next time to read a 10 page thesis on the societal perils of Myspace surveys. Single-spaced.

Grr..
I would give almost anything I own to be in vienna right now...
You've got to go to www.xanga.com/merrymoon to see my reply, I deleted my blogspot because it became stupid.
Aaargh. And just when I thought the taggers have finally forgotten me.
But actually, I won't mind doing this one, since the questions were mostly interesting.
Though my reply may take a couple of days, as my laptop blew up (not literally), last night, coming under my heavy programming.Or some other reason.Anyway.So it might be a few days before it gets repaired.
Yes, you were right. The survey is posted on my blog :) Enjoy!
Merry, since you deleted your "stupid" blogspot I now have to comment on your post here.
What a coink-a-dink, I'm reading the "Ultimate" guide also; quite funny, the book is.
Hahaha... that was fun... if you're into surveys check out survey machine. Cheers.
